Made this for Mom and dad the other night. Mom loved it! I love easy meals and this one certainly qualifies. I made some adjustments to make it even easier. Took about 30 minutes to make, 20 minutes of that was to clean and cut up the rotisserie chicken. Was even better the next day!! I would suggest sticking with the low sodium broth as the cream soups and cream corn add plenty of sodium.
Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup
1 store-bought roasted chicken
1 bag frozen mixed veggies
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream corn
4 (14-ounce) cans low-sodium chicken broth
2 teaspoon herbs (I add parsley, chives, garlic and pepper)
3 Tbs sugar (optional)
Add 2 cups cooked egg noodles at the end
